What can you order from our site?
In our web shop you can choose from a variety of products. For instance, Pashmina shawls in many different colours and designs and many other handmade products from Nepal.

How do you order from our website?
When you have chosen your products and added in your cart, click on the checkout button. If you haven’t registered on our site you’ll be asked to register and enter some personal information: your name and shipping address.
After registration please choose the payment method.
Follow the information given on the site and click the buttons to complete you order. An order conformation will be sent to your e-mail address.

What are the payment methods?
You can choose the payment method, either by wire transfer from bank account or credit card payment by PayPal and iDEAL (supported banks are Postbank, ABN Amro and Rabobank). All orders have to be paid in advance. After we have received to payment the goods will be sent immediately the next working day.

When can I expect the goods to be delivered?
Your order will be sent by TPG/Mail service.
Generally spoken you will receive your order within 1 till 5 days, depending on the availability of the order goods. If they are out of stock the expected time could take op to 36 days, as we depend on shipping from Nepal.
We always try to keep this period as short as possible.

Are all prices including VAT?

Orders outside the European Union will be free of VAT/TAX. Please enter your shipping information upon checkout and the new sales price without VAT will be calculated.
