Return Policy

Preview period
From the moment your order has been delivered at your home, there will be a preview period of seven days effective. If you are not satisfied with your ordered product, you will be able to return to sender. After this period the agreement is validated.

Returning
When returning an article, we request you to take the following instructions into account. In this way we will be able to handle it with extra care.

   1. Inform us by e-mail about your intended return.
   2. You will receive an e-mail confirming your request.
   3. We will give you instructions for the return sending.
   4. Depending on your request the article will be changed or your money refunded.

Refund will not take place if the article has been used, worn or damaged. Some of the articles will only be liable for refund if unopened.
A refund without sufficient postage will not be handled by Royal Bhaktapur

Cost
Returning an article, the sender will bear all transportation costs. They costs will not be refunded by Royal Bhaktapur.
